- Undertaking UAT testing for Life Asia, CSPS and LMS applications for back end operations and front end operations.
- Contribution in BRS for system enhancements and BRS sign off from cross function team.
- Advance planning for upcoming UAT projects.
- Liasoning with stakeholders to get the required information for the project.
- Ensuring project completion as per scheduled time lines and sign offs from all stakeholders.
- Development of customer communications.
- Maintaining and publishing of daily, weekly, monthly MIS.

- Identify opportunities for improving customer experience across the Insurance value chain through avenues like VOC, Customer Complaints, Audits and Assurance Frameworks
- Set up Operations Management Systems and Excellence frameworks at customer facing touch points to ensure service standards are met
- Collaborate with key stakeholders like business owners, Cross functional Peers and Consulting Partners to work on areas of process improvement and create awareness on customer experience across touch points
- Institutionalize cadence and governance frameworks with stakeholders to drive the customer service agenda
