Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordination with internal departments and facilitation of the establishment and execution of ESG-relevant policies and data points
- To collaborate with departments to develop action plans for areas where we are falling behind, and to put those plans into action within timescales.
- To carry out a benchmarking exercise in order to gain a better understanding of the ESG landscape and peer performance in terms of ESG disclosures.
- As needed, fill out and submit accredited ESG relevant assessment forms.
- To keep track of our ESG ratings from various indexes, such as MSCI and S&P Global, and to analyze strategies to improve and become market leaders.
- To prepare ESG-related responses/content for investor meetings, board meetings, quarterly investor presentations, and other important reports.
