- Credit Delivery Adherence to defined Policies and Processes with minimum defects, and increasing efficiency of underwriting by reducing reworks and increasing FTAR.
- Follow up with business counterparts and other stakeholders for pending cases and FTNR reduction so as to ensure both credit TAT and E2E TAT are met as defined by the management.
- Using different scoring models /tools as rolled by senior management to differentiate between customer segments while underwriting.
- Problem Management Work on problem tickets that are logged by the incident team, find resolution to problems, and get the same resolved.
- Evaluation of new technologies and solutions for applications to handle Capacity growth.
- Contribute to improvements & enhance the efficiency of applications & processes for effectiveness and others.
Skills:
- Basic aptitude, Basic Financial Analysis, Communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, Ability to Negotiate
- Good knowledge of Server and Storage Hardware
- Basic knowledge of Network and Network Security technologies like Firewalls, SSL, etc.
- Experience having worked with Operating Systems like windows, Linux, Solaris, AIX, etc.
- Experience having worked with Database technologies like Oracle DB, SQL Server, etc
- Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and preferably with certification in the technologies mentioned above.
