- Coordination with the ops team at the central level.
- MIS reports are prepared daily and monthly.
- Verification of the customer’s identity and supplementary documentation.
- Making sure that customers pay on time.
- At all levels, ensure policy compliance.
- Check all files thoroughly to confirm that the information is accurate and full.
- Disbursement of files and file processing
- Examining the documentation related to the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure.
- Taking care of all aspects of branch management.
