HDBFS Education Qualification 2022:

Candidates should have completed any graduation from the recognized university. Applicants should have 2 to 4 years of experience in the relevant field.

HDBFS Job Description:

• Conduct a self-assessment of your gold and inform yourself on the amount of the gold loan. Manage the external gold valuation process, which includes communicating with the valuator and ensuring that the procedure is followed.
• Update valuation information in the system, such as the Gold portal and the loan booking system.
• Follow up with delinquent customers and make sure they don’t go over the 30 DPD bucket limit.
• In the system, there is a gold loan file that has been disbursed (this could be done by BOM for most Branches)
• In the office, take custody of the gold packets and record it according to procedure.
• Raise Payment Request / Cheque Disbursement, record it as per process
• Collaborate with the central telephoning team on collections and payment follow-up for delinquent borrowers.
