Sales Manager: Candidate should manage Two-Wheeler Business in assigned area or region. Candidate should achieve given targets.  Candidates should plan and executive sales promotion with market intelligence. Applicant should have knowledge in IRR, PF, Doc Charges, Insurance penetration and local market specific selling strategies. Candidate able to handle dealer requirements and complaints and co-ordinate with the support teams to resolve complaints.

Credit Relationship Manager: Candidate should handle Credit operation from Login to Disbursement, Credit and Operational issues. Candidate should have knowledge in Monitoring vendors Like Field Investigating agencies, Valuation & Legal agencies and maintaining TAT. Role Bearer is responsible for Assisting customers with queries, requests & complaints.

HDBFS Roles and Responsibilities

Sales Manager: Candidate should have strong commercial and business acumen, customer focus, analytical and problem-solving skill. Candidate should have knowledge in Business Development, Operations Management, Client Servicing and Team Management.

Credit Relationship Manager: Role Bearer is responsible for Process and Policy Adherence, Effective Cost Management and Managing Healthy Portfolio.

HDB Salary Scale

• Selected candidate for the post of Sales Manager – TW will get paid for Rs. 200000 to Rs. 450000
• Credit Relationship Manager-CV will be paid per pay scale of 3 to 5.
