• Need to Coordinate with the branch sales team and support BSM, SMs for lead conversion
• Have to do Tele-calling / follow up on leads given by sales team and Corporate office
• Must Coordinate customer walk in branch. Explain product details to customer and suggest scheme based on need analysis
• Should Conduct self gold valuation and inform gold loan amount. Manage external gold valuation process i.e. interacting with valuator making sure that the process is followed
• Need to Ensure loan processing completed within stipulated TAT
• Perform Sales process management in FMCG/ Direct sales company
• Have an Understanding of gold process understanding ,KYC Knowledge & Sales process
• Possess Process understanding, KYC Knowledge, Understanding of the documentation required, Product /Competition Knowledge
