- Ensuring Mobile App usage is 100% and quality feedback/trails are updated.
- Specific focus on Non starters and visiting delinquent cases.
- Co-ordination with the Sales, Credit underwriting, RIC team for portfolio quality management.
- Recommending legal actions for critical cases.
- No delay in deposition of money.
