HDB Financial Service Job Role:

The candidates who will be selected for this recruitment will get the following responsibilities as follows.

• Responsible for coordinating with branch sales team and support BSM, SMs for lead conversion and telecalling / follow up on leads given by sales team and Corporate office.
• They have to coordinate customer walk in branch. Explain product details to customer and suggest scheme based on need analysis.
• The selected candidates should conduct self gold valuation and inform gold loan amount. Manage external gold valuation process i.e. interacting with valuator making sure that the process is followed.
• They have to update valuation details in system i.e. Gold portal and loan booking system.
• The selected candidates need to ensure loan processing completed within stipulated TAT and others
