• Responsible for Collection, w-off recovery and recovery on Loss on Sale in Commercial Vehicle portfolio.
• They should manage a team of collection associate and collection officers.
• They should ensure adequate manpower for portfolio coverage meeting CAPE norms.
• Ensuring Mobile App usage is 100% and quality feedback/trails are one of their responsibilities.
• The selected candidates should focus on Non starters and revenue collection.
• Identifying deployment of assets and meeting with delinquent customers and initiating legal actions for critical cases are also their responsibility along with others.
