1. To apply for the post of Associate Support Specialist candidate must have completed Bachelor of Technology from recognized Institute or University by Government of India. Candidates should have work experience in software engineering or software product engineering for seven to twelve years.
2. To conceptualize, design and deliver product or sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology (1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions
3. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
4. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review
5. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

• Associate Support Specialist is responsible to design and deliver product or sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology.
