Support Analyst

To attend to and provide solutions for the issues raised by users in their applications in a timely manner and according to agreed standards and procedures, To constantly monitor tickets raised, pending backlogs and respective applicationor Batchor Eventsor Database., To promptly resolve low-complex tickets raised by users within the agreed SLA through compliance to SOPs and work instructions; and to identify anomalies within applications being used by users to be routed to the concerned teams

Associate on Risk and Compliance

HCL IT team manages various IT processes operating at different frequencies as per HCL defined policies and procedures. It is expected from resources to plan, gather and validate IT controls/artifacts for process adherence to various internal/external reviews, assessments and audits.Scope of Work / Job Description, Prioritize and plan various internal and external reviews/assessments/audits, Coordinate, communicate and liaison with IT teams for assessments/audits, Collect, document and review of IT documentation / records / artifacts.

Responsibilities

Support Analyst

To perform periodic health checks, cleaning of archive log (Database orapplication) , temporary files etc. using predefined script

To regularly provide valid inputs that will help enhance the existing knowledge base and SOPs and to document the various processes and workflows as appropriate

To prepare performance reports that will be shared with required stakeholders

Associate on Risk and Compliance

• Collect documentation / records / artifacts from HCL provided tools.
• Validate documentation / records / artifacts as per HCL Policies and Procedures.
• Provide the validated documentation / records / artifacts as per the review/assessment requirements.
• Document issues / findings (if any), then communicate to relevant HCL IT teams and track till closure.
• Report on the status and actions as per the assigned assignments
