HCL Job Requirement:
- Need Experience installing, configuring, supporting and maintaining enterprise backups using IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM), in a large heterogeneous data center environment.
- Have a Good understanding of networking protocols
- Should have Strong knowledge on Linux and windows operating system for managing enterprise backup servers.
- Possess Basic knowledge on both UNIX and Windows scripting to prepare scripts for agent upgrade and deploy using industry standard tools (Lumension, puppet and etc.).
- Must have the Ability to handle escalation for backup failures and taking appropriate steps.
HCL Job Description:
- Have to ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
- Must participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
- Should independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team
- Required to provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
- Need to Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives
