For Senior Lead Specialist: Candidate should have Associate of science and B.E or B.Tech is mandatory and should have 05 years to 09 years of experience is mandatory.
For Manager: Candidate should have Associate of science and B.E or B.Tech or any engineering degree is mandatory and should have 05 years to 09 years of experience is mandatory.
For Specialist: Candidate should have Associate of science and B.E, BA, BBA, Masters in Business Administration degree is mandatory and should have 2.5 years to 05 years of experience is mandatory.
For Technical Specialist: Candidate should have Associate of science and B.E or B.Tech or any engineering degree is mandatory and should have 05 years to 09 years of experience is mandatory.

For Senior Lead Specialist:
- To assign & track tickets/issues raised by customers and change requests for client products
- To develop and implement product code for new product or platform features and enhancements based on agreed use cases and priority.
- To investigate and resolve highly complex customer issues in a timely manner
- To provide appropriate support to PoCs and salesor support activities to facilitate revenue generation
- To provide required guidance to devor test teams to ensure on-time delivery of the high quality product
- To provide support and inputs to architects and project management to help define the design and direction for the product
For Manager:
- To develop, deliver, test and debug code o engineering plans as per product management agreed priorities for the work assigned in accordance with time, quality and cost standards.
- To develop and implement product code for new product or platform features and enhancements based on agreed use cases and priority.
- To investigate and resolve highly complex customer issues in a timely manner
- To provide appropriate support to PoCs and salesor support activities to facilitate revenue generation
- To provide required guidance to devor test teams to ensure on-time delivery of the high quality product
- To provide support and inputs to architects and project management to help define the design and direction for the product
For Specialist:
- To independently resolve moderately complex tickets or issues raised by the customers as per the defined standards of time, cost and quality for increased customer satisfaction.
- To conduct post-release or post-implementation testing
- To identify defects and preparation of test reports
- To coordinate with scrum team and interact stakeholders updates.
- To independently identify defects and develop methods of testing and troubleshooting systems or equipment for all phases of product development
- To independently prepare or validate test and diagnostic programs, design test cases and infrastructure, and complete test plans for use cases as defined in Issue tracker.
- To schedule the tasks and report.
- To test the Functionality as per the Test plan and respective Test Cases..
For Technical Specialist

- To actively participate in project planning meetings, status reviews
- To develop a consumable product in terms of user experience
- To document assigned work in all stages of the project and assure timely communication to all impacted areas.
- To independently develop code and plans to meet product or process requirements as per agreed use cases and timelines
- To resolve or debug moderately complex issues identified through code testing; and resolve customer technical issues to overcome the limitations within the product (6.) To work upon the new requests raised by the client and develop those features.
