State Government has Hiked the Scholarship For Students: Every year after the announcement of the central government’s budget, each state government will present its State budget. In that state budget, many important decisions have been made. The government will implement important schemes during the budget.
Today, the Deputy CM of Maharashtra Mr.DevendraFadnavis announced this financial year’s state budget in the lower house of the parliament. He is also the Finance minister of the Maharashtra government. Many important decisions and schemes have been announced during the budget meeting. First time in the Maharashtra state budget presentation, the budget points are red out from Ipad instead of traditional paper documents.
In the budget meeting, he announced that the scholarship for the school students will be hiked. The scholarship for the Class 5 to 7th students will be increased to Rs.5000 from Rs. 1000 and the scholarship for Class 8 to 10th students will be increased to Rs. 7500 from Rs. 1500. He also announced that the government will issue free uniforms to all local bodies and government school students up to class 8.
