Graduate with Drawing and Painting/Art/Fine Art with minimum two years full time diploma from a recognized institute. OR M.A. in Drawing and Painting/Fine Art from a recognized University. OR Higher Secondary /Intermediate /Senior Secondary examination with minimum 4 years full time diploma in painting / fine arts from a recognized institute With min. 50 % marks in Graduation and 60% marks in aggregate in two years full time diploma, or 50% marks in M.A. . in Drawing and Painting/Fine Art from a recognized University, or 50% marks 4 years full time diploma in painting / fine arts.
TGT –Library:
Graduate with diploma in Library Science from a recognized institute OR Bachelor degree in Library Science With min. 50 % marks in aggregate in Dip. In Library Sc/ B. Lib Sc.
HAL TGT Salary 2020:

HAL Required Qualification for All Posts:
For all above posts, the followings are required:
- Working knowledge of Computer.
- Proficiency in teaching/ working in English and Hindi, as applicable.
- Qualifying degree should be from recognized Board/university/ institutions (as per NCTE/ UGC norms).
- Candidate have to bring original and one set photocopy of certificates/mark sheets/ degrees/ experience certificate / testimonial/category certificate along with one photo ID (Aadhar Card/PAN card/Passport/ Driving License) and three passport size photographs at the time of interview and in absence of which he/ she will not be interviewed.
- Perks:
Depending on availability, unfurnished accommodation at subsidized rate may be provided. Water & electricity charges on actual.
Entitled for leave as per existing HES Leave Rules.
PF and other statutory benefits, as applicable.
100% tuition fee exemptions up to two children. Other admissible benefits & allowances will be as per the prevailing rules of HES. The above facilities are subtgtct to revision/change from time to time.

All the above-mentioned posts are Unreserved. The current recruitment is for contractual period of one academic year after which it would be reviewed based on the prevailing rules of HES.

In case of any dispute or claim arising out of and in connection with the service rendered in HAL School, the decision of the Chairman of HAL Education Society will prevail and will be final and binding in the matter.
Candidates have to arrange their overnight stay on their own in case Walk-in-interviews have to be carried for the next day depending on the number of candidates.
In case of large numbers of candidates reporting for Walk-in Interview, the selection committee may restrict the number of candidates to be shortlisted for interview on the basis of marks secured in basic qualification i.e. Graduation/Post-graduation. The Decision of Chairman-selection committee in this regards will be final & binding.
