Gujarat High Court Exam Pattern 2021: Programmer (Recruitment Cell) (Class-I)

Prelims Test Pattern:

A. Gujarat High Court Syllabus 2021: Programmer (Recruitment Cell) (Class-I)

Syllabus for Preliminary Examination:

• Information Technology /Computer related concepts
• Operating Systems – Desktop and Server – Linux, Windows, Android, iOS/MacOS.
• Cyber Security & Latest technological trends like Secure programming Techniques, OWASP top 10 vulnerabilities, Big Data, Data Mining/ Warehousing, Business Intelligence Tools & Technologies, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, NoSQL, Block chain.
• English Language
• General Knowledge
• Numerical & Mental Ability
• Analytical & Reasoning Skills.

B. Syllabus for Computer Aided Test Syllabus 2021 PDF:

At Ahmedabad, a 100-mark computer-assisted test (including a descriptive test) with a 2-hour time limit would be held (OR as may be decided by the High Court). On the basis of the following Syllabus, the language of the Computer Aided Test Question Paper will be English.

• Software engineering, System Analysis & Design, Algorithm Design Techniques, Database Structure and Design
• Responsive Web Designing, Content Management Systems, Mobile App Development Technologies, Accessibility Standards – Disabled Friendly Web Content
• Programming & Scripting Technologies (C, C++, Java, PHP, VB.Net, Python)
• RDBMS & NoSQL Technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLServer, MongoDB, CouchDB)
• Operating Systems – Desktop and Server – Linux, Windows, Android, iOS/MacOS.
• Computer Networks and Server Administration
• Cyber Security & Latest technological trends like Secure programming Techniques, OWASP top 10 vulnerabilities, Big Data, Data Mining/Warehousing, Business Intelligence Tools & Technologies, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, NoSQL, Block chain.

b) Candidates must obtain a minimum of 50% in the Computer Aided Test, and only those who pass will be summoned for the Viva-voce Test (Oral Interview).

(c) If a high number of Candidates pass the Computer Aided Test, the High Court may limit the number of Candidates for the Next Stage, the Viva-voce Test, as considered essential on the basis of merit.
