Group 2 Exams Duration Instantly Changed – Check The Announcement from TNPSC!!! The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) will conduct Group-II and IIA exams to recruit suitable candidates for the post of Assistant Registrar, Prohibition and Excise sub-inspector, Deputy Tahsildar, Assistant Commercial Tax Officer, and more posts. The exam comprises prelims and main exams followed by an interview for Group 2 posts. The prelims exam has conducted in 2022 and shortlisted candidates were called for the mains exams.
Today (25.02.2023), the mains exam has been planned to conduct. The actual starting time of the exam is 9.30 AM for the Tamil eligibility test and 2.00 PM for General studies (Descriptive form). But the commencement of the Tamil eligibility test has been delayed due to the change in the roll number of the candidates and in question paper. In many centres, the exam starting time has been delayed. The board has announced to give extra time for delayed centres.
TNPSC has released a notice, that due to the delay in the commencement of the Tamil eligibility test, the general studies exam will start at 2.30 PM. The afternoon session of the exam has plans to conduct from 2.30 PM to 5.30 PM. There are a total of 20 districts allotted for this exam and around 50,000+ candidates are shortlisted for the mains exams.
