Govt. Planned To Appoint Huge Number Of Teachers – Said Minister: In recent times, many state governments have presented their annual budget for the FY 2023-24. Some important details are debated with the ministers during the budget debate session. Recently, the Odisha School and Mass Education Minister Mr. Samir Ranjan Dash announced in the assembly that the government is planning to appoint a huge number of teachers in the state schools.
He also said that the 2026 teachers and 2064 clerks appointment process has been started. The recruitment process for 11,000 teachers has finished, the examination for the recruitment for the 7000 teachers post was held on March 10, and the recruitment process for 6000 teachers post will be started soon said Minister.

According to the report, the government has allocated Rs. 578 crores for Mass Education Department to perform various schemes. Minister also said that Rs. 280 crores have been allocated to construct the new classrooms in state schools.
