Govt. Launched New Portal To Monitor Govt. Schemes: The government of Punjab has started a new portal in order to monitor the performance of government schemes. The portal was first started by the district Patiala.
The portal has been launched to maintain the transparency and accountability of governance. Sakshi Sawhney, the first woman Deputy Commissioner of Patiala, informed that it is going to be the first step taken by Patiala towards the digital revolution.
It will help a great deal to increase public services, in a digital way. Sakshi Sawhney also said that the digital portal will help the authorities to watch over, the government scheme’s progress.
The portal would also be helpful to monitor various activities all over the Patiala district and would also help in making decisions based on that.
