Govt Give 2nd Notice to Infosys-Against Their Strict Contract to Employees. Indian Government issued a second notice against the IT giant Infosys for the strict contract of the company put on their new joining employees. Earlier Infosys made some tough rules in their employees call letter. That famous rule reads, “For six months after leaving, they should not accept an employment offer from a customer whom they were dealing with in the 12 months prior to exit from Infosys”.
Pune-based NGO Nascent IT Employees Senat- NITES give a complaint against Infosys in the central labour ministry for the welfare of the IT/ITES employees. The Ministry issued a first notice to Infosys, but that time the company said that, the complaint notice doesn’t receive by them. So the Union ministry of Labour and Employment now issued the second notice to the Infosys.

As per this second notice, the IT Company Infosys should come to the joint discussion either personally or through an authorised representative well conversant with the issue on the specified date, time and venue which is mentioned in that same notice. In my opinion this issue is a sword with two sharp edges. In one side, the employees will definitely be suffered by this contract, other side the Infosys need to protect their customer’s belief.
