Govt Decided to Launch Institute To Train Drone Pilots. The state Haryana government decided to launch a course to train drone pilots in the educational institute. The Chief Minister of the State Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar reveals this announcement. The CM informed that this scheme will come under the administration of the Drone Imaging and Information Service of Haryana Limited (DRIISHYA). At the second board of directors meeting of DRIISHYA the idea f launching such courses to train the drone pilots is raised. This meeting was headed by Chief Minister of the State Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar. The higher officials reported the importance of creating a separate corporation to speed up the UAV-driven mode of governance in Haryana to the CM.

The CM said that, “This is a unique beginning in the state as now with the help of drones, illegal encroachments can also be controlled along with detecting expansion of area as earlier manual surveys were conducted at regular intervals which were very time consuming, costly, and required more manpower”. Hope this new idea will get success and other states also will follow this scheme.
