 Goa Shipyard General Manager Eligibility Criteria 2021:

• Before applying for the Goa Shipyard Recruitment 2021, an applicant must meet all of the eligibility requirements. The maximum age limit for this role is 52 years old. Candidates must have completed a full-time standard B.E/ B.Tech in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Shipbuilding from a recognised university/AICTE accredited institution.
• The applicant should have a minimum of 20 years of post-qualification job experience. In addition, the applicant must have at least 3 years of senior project management experience in the last ten years in the construction or reconstruction of a large naval project (aircraft carrier, destroyer, frigate, or corvette).
•  Applicants Managerial experience in shipbuilding/repair, including design, development, and planning is needed. Candidates should be well-versed in shipbuilding manufacturing techniques and naval specifications. Should be able to use operation analysis techniques such as PERT, CPM, and Scheduling, as well as provide a thorough understanding of the entire Production Planning and Control domain and should be familiar with ERP and project management applications.
