GATE 2022 Postponed or Not??Increasing Covid Cases Made this Situation!! The aspirants of the GATE 2022 demand the Indian Information Technology Kharagpur to postpone the same due the covid 19 pandemic. Already the organization of IIT Kharagpur confirmed that the GATE 2022 will be conduct as per the schedule.
On the dates of 5, 6, 12 13 February the GATE 2022 examination would be planned to held. The admit card of the exam was already issued and available to the aspirants to download. Cadets should download the hall ticket through the official website of the board. More than 8 lakh aspirants would be take part in this year examination.
From the side of students, they reported that the difficulties in travelling and reaching the exam centre due to the restrictions of covid 19 due to this they demand the official to postpone the GATE 2022 test. At the beginning of this month, over 23, 000 aspirants of this test ink the online petition with the demand of the postponement of the recruitment-cum-admission test.

Many institutions including the IIT Kanpur predicted that the 3rd wave of the covid 19 would reach in the beginning of the month of February and the wave will terminate at April month. That predicted dates are coincide with the regular exam dates of the GATE examination. So the students urge the authorities to postpone GATE 2022 until the restrictions and cases of covid 19 decreases.
