In Pursuance to The Notification NO. 8907/H Dated. 23-03-2020 Of Health & FW Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar And Guideline Framed For Proper Management Of COVID-29, Candidates Who Have Applied Online Vide This Advertisement No.2774 Dated.30-03-2020 And Attended Original Certificate Verification Held On Dated. 11-04-2020 Are Hereby Engaged As Radigrapher, MPHW, Lab Technician, Pharmacist, Microbiologist, Staff Nurse As Per Merit On Daily Wages Basis @ Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) Only Per Day Which includes (Daily Wages @Rs.388/- Per Day + COVID-19 Incentive Rs.612/- Per Day) up to 30-06-2020 Under Covid-19. The Period of Engagement will be Effective from the Date of Their joining in the Post and will be Extended Further, If Situation So Warrants.

The Medial Authority of the concerned Medical Institution will monitor the attendance and performance of such daily wages such as Radigrapher, MPHW,Lab Technician, Pharmacist, Microbiologist ,Staff Nurse. On receipt of the work certificate from the Medical Authority Concerned regarding the attendance of concerned from the respective Medical Institution on monthly basis, their daily wages on monthly basis will be released directly through e-transfer to the concerned employee bank account.
Work Order Details
The concerned Radigrapher,MPHW,Lab Technician, Pharmacist, Microbiologist ,Staff Nurse should required to join within 5 days of issue of this order before the respective Medical authority as per following terms and conditions unless this daily wage engagement order will stands automatically cancelled.
Terms & Conditions
- Absence from the duty will cause deduction from Salary of the day.
- The above daily wages engagement is purely temporary and can be terminated at any point of time without assigning any reason there of.
- The daily Wages employee has no right to claim any regular future engagement in the regular post on the basis of this daily wages
- The daily wages employee may claim only experience certificate in the above engagement.
- The daily wages employee should obey the instruction of the Controlling Officer when ever issued and should stay in the respective headquarter and attend the medical emergency where ever required.
- At the time of joining the following documents are required to submit before the concerned authority.
- Medical Certificate not below the rank of Jr.Class-I Asst. Surgeon of any Govt. Medical
- Oath of allegiance to constitution of India.
- Declaration about non contract for plural marriage.
- The Educational Board Certificate with marl‹ sheet of 10th, +2, OMRT
- Caste certificate (If S.C/ S.T/ OBC) ,
- Council Registration certificate.
