Medical Qualification

However, appointment to the advertised posts of Executive Trainee in GAIL will be subject to the candidate being medically fit as per the standards prescribed for the post by GAIL. Relaxation Details:
Relaxation in minimum percentage of marks in essential qualification will be provided in respect of SC, ST and PWD category candidates applying against vacancies specifically reserved for the respective category. Wherever minimum percentage marks in essential qualification has been specified as 65 %, relaxed minimum percentage marks in essential qualification in respect of SC, ST and PWD category candidates is 60 %. SC, ST, PWD category candidates applying against unreserved (UR) posts shall be considered under general standard of merit and no relaxation in minimum qualifying percentage of marks in education qualification shall be available to them.
Qualification for Executive Trainee:
For the post of Executive Trainee in engineering discipline, qualifications prescribed stipulate full-time regular Engineering Degree i.e. B.E./ B. Tech./ B.Sc. Engineering from a recognized University/Institute. In view of this, AMIE qualification does not fulfill our requirement and as such, candidates having AMIE qualifications are not eligible to apply
