- Candidates should have completed BE or B.Tech or MBA or MHRM or MSW or MLW or B.Com with CA/CMA or Diploma in Chemical Engineering from recognized. Candidates who have previous work experience in Heavy Chemicals / Fertilizers / Petrochemicals industries will be preferred.
- Based on eligibility, qualification and previous work experience candidates will get shortlisted for Interview. Interview details will be sent to shortlisted candidates. Based on performance in Interview candidates will get selected.
- Selected candidates will get paid based on qualification and last received pay check. This recruitment is purely based on contract. Contract period would be 6 years, 1st year candidates will be in probation period after successfully probation period were completed ten the contract period get extended for next 5 years.
