• Effectively capture and clearly communicate information related to application incidents impacting Ford Credit operations, Assist in the resolution of high impact incidents by escalating to the appropriate application and infrastructure teams, Provide awareness, facilitation and effectively communicate status of Ford Credit incidents, Ensure adequate application monitoring and notifications are in place, Lead high and critical incident bridges to resolve major application incidents.
• Ensure warm hand-off transition to regional incident managers or incident management analysts to ensure correct communication and triage of incident continues, Manage the coordination of application software and infrastructure changes, Facilitate weekly global change control meetings, Be available for off hour/weekend on call coverage, Conduct review meetings across functional areas, Review and manage open incident tickets, Generate Incident Management metric reports and quarterly advisory summaries.

• Actively participate in project to build automated dashboards and configure automated alerting using Splunk and Dynatrace
• Serve as a liaison between Dev and Ops teams to ensure reliability is built into our software platforms
• Play a key role in leading the Command Center through the SRE transformation journey
• Assist in design of SRE standards for new application onboarding and monitoring of existing applications and infrastructure
• Help identify and eliminate toil by process redesign and automation
• Ensure the right tools are in place to assess availability, latency, performance, efficiency, monitoring capabilities, emergency response actions, and capacity planning
• Utilize effective problem management to ensure permanent corrective action is implemented and repeat incidents are avoided.
