The candidates should complete B.E., B.Tech. MBA, MCA from recognized University or Institution. The Applicants must have minimum 8 years of work experience in relevant field.
Job Description & Qualifications:
- This individual will work with several PDOs, including as Accounting, PD, and Marketing, as well as other functional teams, to establish a unified strategy to implementing various automations utilising Pega and other automation technologies.
- This individual will be in charge of the Docusign(e-Signature) tool’s operations and development.
- Analyze business processes to discover automation possibilities and analyse the viability of automation.
- In designing and deploying Chat Bot solutions utilising Pega, Microsoft Azure, or Google Dialog Flow, should cooperate with business skill teams, PDO IT teams, architects, and product vendors.
- Should be familiar with Pega, Microsoft Azure, or Google Dialog Flow

Area of professional exposure (technical skills):
- Pega, MS Azure, Google Dialog Flow, and other Chat Bot technologies are examples.
- Pega PRPC experience
- Docusign/e-Signature tool experience and hands-on experience are required.
- Should be able to think creatively.
- Working on project playbooks, developing timelines, managing issues/risks, making communication strategies, and stakeholder management are all skills you’ll need.
- Good functional/technical understanding of a variety of COTS and integration solutions, such as APIC and web services.
- Experience with AGILE procedures in terms of familiarity and usability
- Develop enhanced methods for reusable codes in collaboration with supervisors and specialists in various operations (including vendor staff).
