About Role:

This is a Team Handling role where you would be involved in managing a team of RTAs. You would be responsible for defining, tracking and improving key metrics and communicating business trends to stakeholders.

Flipkart Recruitment 2022 Educational Qualification:

• Candidates should have to possess Graduate in Maths /Statistics/Economics or planning management. 3 to 5 Years are required (Minimum 3 years of work experience in the contact center environment).
• Advanced level expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision, with excellent problem-solving skills
• Understanding of Forecasting/Scheduling/Capacity Planning principles
• Understanding of WFM functioning and deliverables
• Good analytical skills for MIS, number-crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Proactive decision-making skills

What you’ll do:

1. Manage Scheduling & RTA for all the queues and monitor the actual performance against the targets
2. Manage and report/escalate downtimes and shrinkage across multiple locations
3. Manage data repositories for all activities performed
4. Refer the official notification

Skills Required:

Real Time Monitoring, Good knowledge of WFM Principles, Advanced Excel

Desirable Skills:

Capacity Planning, Forecasting methods, Analytical & Statistical skills
