8. Well versed with modern tools and process/methods for design and research ( Qualitative and quantitative)
9. Health space brings lots of complexity -difficult human behaviour and complex ecosystem. This requires us to understand the behaviors of the people behind them. Reachers need to gain deeper insights on how people interact with various components of the health ecosystem and propose innovative solutions, which scales. We use a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods to accomplish our goals.
