• Selected candidates have to prepare and maintain data dashboards for best representation of data. Share the MIS with all Key Stakeholders
• They should maintain ‘Stakeholders Management’ by work closely with all Key Stakeholders from Zonal office to other cross functional teams like Design, Product, Analytics and customer support.
• National Level SPOC – Primary owner of the above mentioned pointers for all Zones w.r.t Customer Experience Charter and others
