Candidate with 4-8 years of experience in Environment, safety and compliance are eligible to apply for this position. However, they have to bear skills in the field of infrastructure Compliance, EHS Compliance, Excel, Power point, Stakeholder Management, Negotiation and others.

Flipkart Job Role:

Lead – EHS and Infrastructure Compliance

• The selected candidates are the responsible for the end to end management of pre and post third party EHS Audit activities including coordination on ground as well as Audit NC closure
• They should take care of coordinate Health and Safety Training in Hubs
• The aspirants have to coordinate Weekly Plastic Waste Reporting across hubs
• The Lead should manage reporting and closure of all Incidents in Last Mile on CQ Portal
• One of their important responsibilities is Maintaining Data sets on status of basic Wishmaster Documentation for all LM hubs
• They have to manage display of compliance documentation & posters across Hubs
• The Candidates who in the position of “Lead” need to coordinate Anti Corruption Training in Hubs
• And develop and Maintain live Dashboard for leadership reporting and etc are their duties.
