- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, design principles, fundamentals of architecture, and estimation techniques
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures to support various development methodologies.
- Responsible for anchoring the new hire onboarding including Orientations and Immersion plans
- Implement and drive HR programs and in some cases also act as a SPOC for certain critical HR processes.
- Working with the team on long-range plans and function-specific initiatives and others.
