The candidates who have minimum educational qualification of Graduation are eligible to apply. They should have at-least 3-6yr team Handling Experience skill in sourcing. Candidate should speak local language.  They are expected to have knowledge in Excel Knowledge, Planning experience, supply chain experience, warehousing experience.

Flipkart Job Role:

The selected candidates will get following responsibilities as “Executive”.

• Managing & Responsible for Hyperlocal Stores’ Operations is their responsibility.
• Analyzing store level daily Performance, Managing rosters of team members and Shift planning basis Inbound & Outbound volume is their main role.
• The selected candidates should do great in people management, grooming of team members to scale up, Solving day to day operational issues with stores and 3PL
• They have to do QC check for fresh/low shelf life inventory and others.
