The candidates should have completed MBA from Tier 1 B-School from recognized University or Institution. The Applicants must have 5+ yrs experience in Sales & Marketing.
Scope of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with key brand partner marketing teams
- Provide in-depth information and Flipkart driven insights to brand partners
- Establish marketing goals and supervise the launch plans for each key product
- Develop sustenance plans for each key launch
- Act as the main point of contact between partner brand marketing teams and internal Flipkart marketing functions
- Communicate and collaborate with the marketing, media, PR and sellside teams to ensure coordinated marketing plans are created
- Develop a thorough understanding of marketing needs for each launch and preparing customized solutions.
- Oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
- Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
- Evaluating performance of launch plans and suggesting ways of improvement
- Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
