The selected candidates are accountable for all Hub Operations under the span of control and seek intervention from superior as appropriate along with following responsibility.

• Achieving cost per shipment, maintaining the cost of operations as per budget and achieving zero lost shipment, shrinkage within hub and enroute are their few of their important responsibilities.
• Such candidates should have proper planning and coordination with support team for recovery if any.
• They should achieve productivity of Van/Bike as per budget.
• The candidates should have the responsibility of continuous process improvement and Adherence of Quality Standards at all times.
• They have to ensure customers are delighted at all times. They have to ensure stock accuracy is maintained at all Hub assigned to him. 10.Promptly and effectively manage customer escalations.
• Ensuring employee engagement initiatives are implemented, 100% ZTP (Zero Tolerance Policy), Area Deliverable are met duly reported, filling Gaps in employee head count within turnaround time are their important responsibility.
