FACT Eligibility Criteria

• Age limit of the candidate should not exceed maximum of 35 year as on 1-04-2021. Age relaxation will be given as per government norms Management at its discretion may consider candidates with higher age than prescribed. Maximum age after all relaxations shall be 50 years.
• Candidates should have completed Engineering Graduation in Civil or Mechanical or Electrical or Instrumentation or electronics. Candidates should have minimum of 3 years of work experience in Construction Projects as on date of notification.
• For the post of Engineers Instrumentation candidate should completed engineering in Electronics or instrumentation.

FACT Salary Structure

Candidates will get paid for Rs. 25, 750 if candidate has minimum eligibility qualification. Based on the experience of the candidates salary will get paid maximum for Rs. 35,000 per months. Each year candidate’s salary will get increased by 750 rupees

FACT Contract Period

Candidate will be appointed only for the one year or till the completion of project whichever is earlier. Contract is renewable in case of requirements at the discretion of the Management contract will be termination by giving 15 day notice on either side.

Engineers Selection Criteria

Based on the application received from the candidates will be shortlisted for written examination. Based on the merit list of the written examination candidates will be selected for personal interview. Based on the performance candidate will get selected.  All interaction will be confirmed to email only so candidates are advised to maintain single email ID thorough out the selection process
