FACT Recruitment 2021 Eligibility criteria
Age limit
Candidate age limit should be Minimum 45 years and maximum 2 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation for Internal candidate and for 3 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation for Other candidates. Age of superannuation is 45 years.
Education Qualification
The applicant should be an Engineering graduate preferably in Chemical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute with good academic record. Applicants holding MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in management will have an added advantage.
Required Experience
The applicant should possess technical/ operational experience at a senior level of management in a large organization of repute, out of which at least five years during the last ten years should have been in major Fertilizers/ Chemicals/ Petrochemicals sector.
FACT Recruitment 2021 Salary Details
- Shortlisted candidates are eligible to getting salary of Rs75000 to Rs. 100000/- per month from the respective board. The minimum length of service required in the eligible scale will be one year for internal candidates, and two years for others as on the date of vacancy.
- Applicants from Central Government / All India Services should be holding a post of the level of Joint Secretary in Government of India or carrying equivalent scale of pay on the date of application.
