65% of Employees are Likely to Resign in the Next 6 Months – Work From Office Rules! Report Said!!! Meanwhile, shocking information has come out that 65% of employees are likely to resign from their jobs in the next 6 months due to working from the office. In this survey, 29% of employees said they are happy working from home. According to Vicky Jain, CEO of uKnowva, compared to in-office colleagues, remote workers are significantly more productive and happier.
