EMI Facility In UPI Payments!!! Check Out The New Feature Introduced By ICICI Bank: The Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation of India (ICICI) bank has introduced an Equated Monthly Instalments (EMI) facility for UPI payments made by scanning the QR code. The bank also planned to extend this facility for online payments.
This facility will be avail to the customers who are eligible for “Pay Later” options and the customers can use this facility through the “Buy Now and Pay Later” options. This facility will be available for payments for Electronics, Groceries, Fashion apparel, Travel, and Hotel bookings.
The bank states that this is the first to introduce this kind of feature and it will enhance many customer’s affordability. This facility will be helpful for many customers and this will be applicable for payments above Rs. 10,000 with three, six, or nine-month installments. By this, the customers can able to buy high-value products with simple and secure EMI options in a digital mode.
