EIL Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates should be a graduate of B.E./B. Tech/B. Sc. (Engg.) in Metallurgy/Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks to apply for Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Senior Manager posts.
EIL Age Limit 2022:
- Deputy General Manager: The age limit should be 47 years to apply.
- Assistant General Manager: Candidates should be 44 years of age limit.
- Senior Manager: Candidates should be 40 years of age limit.
The upper age limit mentioned under “Eligibility and desired qualification/experience” is relaxable by 3 years for Other Backward Classes
EIL Salary Structure:
- Deputy General Manager – Rs.1,20,000 Rs. 2,80,000
- Assistant General Manager – Rs.1,00,000 to Rs.2,60,000
- Senior Manager – 90,000 to Rs.2,40,000
CTC shall include Basic Pay, DA, HRA, other Perks & Allowances, encashment of earned leaves, and Retirement benefits as applicable.
EIL Selection Process:
- The mode of selection will be through an interview, generally at Delhi or through video conferencing.
- The Venue/Mode of the Interview shall be intimated separately to the shortlisted candidates.
