Eligibility Criteria for EIL Recruitment 2022:
Candidates should have complete B.E./B. Tech/B. Sc. (Engg.) in Chemical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from the recognized university.
Experience:
Candidates should have a Minimum 8 to 19 Years’ experience with major experience in Pre Commissioning/ Commissioning/ Operation of Hydrocarbon Refinery/ Petrochemical plant.
EIL Age Limit:
- Deputy General Manager- candidates should have upper age limit 47 years as on last date of application.
- Assistant General Manager- candidates should have upper age limit 44 years as on last date of application.
- Senior Manager – candidates should have upper age limit 40 years as on last date of application.
- Manager – candidates should have upper age limit 36 years as on last date of application.

EIL Salary Details 2022:
- Deputy General Manager- candidates shall get the salary RS 120000-280000/- PM.
- Assistant General Manager- candidates shall get the salary RS 100000-260000/- PM.
- Senior Manager – candidates shall get the salary RS 90000-240000/- PM.
- Manager – candidates shall get the salary RS 80000-220000/- PM.
CTC shall include Basic Pay, DA, HRA, other Perks & Allowances, encashment of earned leaves and Retirement benefits as applicable.
Selection Process for EIL jobs:
The selection will be based on the interview. The mode of selection for the position will be through interview, generally at Delhi or through video conferencing.
