EESL Age limit
To apply for the post of Director (Finance) at Energy Efficiency Services Limited candidate’s age should not exceed the maximum age limit of 60 years as on 3 years of residual service as on the date of vacancy with respect to the date of superannuation.
Finance Director Educational Qualification
To apply for the post of Director (Finance) at EESL candidates should be a Cost Accountant/Chartered Accountant and completed Full time MBA (Finance) or Full time PGDM (Finance) or have equivalent good academic records.
Director Finance Experience Required
- Candidates should have total of 24 years of post qualification experience in Finance Management, Accounting, Budgetary Control, International Finance, Working Capital Managements, and Resource Mobilization etc. in a large organization of repute.
- The applicant should be employed at regular capacity in CPSE or Central Government including the Armed Forces of the Union and All India Services or State Public Sector Enterprise/State Government Private Sector at the date of interview.
EESL Contract Period
The selected candidate will be appointed initially for a period of five years or till the date of superannuation whichever is earlier.
Director Salary in EESL
Selected candidates will get paid for Rs. 150000-300000 (IDA Scale) candidate will also get advantages such as DA, HRA/Lease, Perks @35% of Basic Pay, Medical, EPF, Superannuation Fund contribution @ 9% of Basic plus DA, etc.
