• candidate’s age should not exceed the maximum age limit of 60 years as on the end of the contract period to apply for this recruitment. The contract period will be five years or till the date of superannuation whichever is earlier. Applicant should have completed Cost Accountant/Chartered Accountant and completed Full time MBA (Finance) or Full time PGDM (Finance) with good academic records to apply for this recruitment.
• Candidate should have minimum 24 years of post-qualification work experience in Finance Management, Accounting, Budgetary Control, International Finance, Working Capital Managements, and Resource Mobilization in a reputed organization. Applicant should work in any of State Public Sector Enterprise/State Government Private Sector at the date of interview.
• Selected candidates will get paid for Rs. 150000-300000 as IDA scale. Candidate will get additional advantages such as DA, HRA/Lease, Perks @35% of Basic Pay, Medical, EPF, Superannuation Fund contribution @ 9% of Basic plus DA, etc. applicable. Based on the qualification and applicant’s profile candidates will be shortlisted for personal interview. Interview details will be intimates to shortlisted candidates only.
