Education Minister releases NIRF India Rankings 2021 on Today: Today, September 9, the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), which identifies India’s top universities and institutions, has announced. The NIRF India Rankings 2021 has released at 12 p.m. by Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. Overall, University, Management, College, Pharmacy, Medical, Engineering, Architecture, ARIIA (Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements), and Law will be included in the NIRF India Ranking 2021.

This year, the NIRF has produce its sixth annual ranking list of the country’s higher educational institutions. The Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT Madras) has won the NIRF India Ranking 2021 for the third year in a row in both the “Overall” and “Engineering Colleges” categories. The Indian Institute of Sciences, Bangalore (IISc Bangalore) is ranked #1 in the “University” category, followed by Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi and Banaras Hindu University in Varanasi.

In the category of “Research Institutions,” the IISc Bangalore took first place, followed by the IIT Madras, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, and IIT Kharagpur. The Manipal College of Dental Sciences was named the top dental College in the country, while the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi was named the finest medical College. NLSUI Bangalore took first place in the “Law Colleges” category, followed by NLU Delhi and NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad.
