Educational Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Meets Educators to discuss about Covid-19 Management and Implementation of NEP 2020 – The Union Education Minister, Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ conduct a meeting with the directors of IITs, NITs, IISc and IISERs to discuss about Covid-19 management and the status of implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) on 20.05.2021. Earlier, The Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal conducted a meeting on 17.05.2021 with School Education Secretaries of all states and Union Territories to discuss about the various measures adopted for the management of the education system during COVID-19. In this virtual meeting Ramesh Pokhriyal talked about differed strategies adopted for online and offline learning in schools to educators.

Union Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal tweeted that “I met State Education Secretaries to review the #COVID situation, online education, and work around NEP. In this meeting Union Minister going to discuss with India’s chief educators aboutThe National Education Policy 2020. This policy aims to transform India’s education system by 2021.
