Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary of Rs. 10,000/- per month from the respective board. During the period of Apprenticeship, the aspirants will be governed by Apprentices Act 1961 and commensurate policies/rules of the organization.

EDCIL Recruitment 2022 selection process

• The selection will be through Interview Only. Reservation for SC/ST & OBC candidates will be as per the rules. However, in case of non-availability of candidates in reserved categories it will filled from other Reserved Categories / General Categories.
• If the number of candidates is higher than five times against the number of Vacancies indicated, then the criteria to call for Interview will be based on final percentage marks obtained in Diploma of candidates.
• The shortlisted candidates will be called for interview through their mail ID / SMS. Final selection will be based on the academic performance of the candidate in their diploma and their performance in the interview.
