EDCIL India Recruitment 2022 Qualification:
Senior Consultants – Master’s in Social Sciences/ Sciences/ Engineering/ Technology/ Management/Finance/Statistics/Law with at least 55% marks
Senior Consultants (Finance) – Master Degree in Management/ M. Com or equivalent with minimum 55% marks
Consultants – Master” Degree and or MPhil / PhD in Social Science / Sciences / Engineering / Technology / Management / Commerce / Finance / Statistics / Law with at least 55% marks
IT Manager – Masters in Computer Sciences or equivalent field qualification with at least 55% marks and have at least 5 years experience in the relevant field
IT Executive – Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Computer Application or equivalent field with at least 55% marks and have at least 3 years experience in the relevant field
Office Manager – Masters Degree in any discipline from recognized University with at least 55% of marks.
Office Executive- Graduate Degree in Social Science/ Science / Computer Science/ Commerce/ Finance/ Management and at least 3 years experience of having worked in administrative positions.
Office Boy – At least 10th pass with preferably 2 years of working experience

- Senior Consultant – Salary Scale will be paid for this post is Rs 50,000 to Rs 75,000 Per Month
- Consultants, IT Manager , Office Manager – Salary Scale will be paid for this post is Rs 40,000 to Rs 60,000 Per Month
- IT Executive- Salary Scale will be paid for this post is Rs 25,000 to Rs 40,000 Per Month
- Office Executive- Minimum Wages for this post is Rs 35000
- Office Boy- Minimum Wages for this post is Rs 25000
