 LIST OF PROVISIONALLY ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES TO UNDERGO WRITTEN TEST FOR THE POST OF ACCOUNTANT- COST ACCOUNTANT IN ECL

Instructions for undergoing written examination (Please read carefully):-

  • Candidates will have to report at the Examination Centre one hour before the scheduled time.
  • Candidates have to download their Admit Card from Recruitment Portal.
  • Candidate will be required to show Admit Card at the time of entering the Examination Hall.
  • Pen, Pencil and Eraser etc. are to be brought by the candidate himself.
  • Use of Mobile Phones is strictly prohibited in the examination Hall. If any candidate is found using such devices in the examination hall his/her candidature will be cancelled.
  • Candidate will not be allowed to enter into examination Hall with Book, Papers or any other belongings.
  • Candidates are allowed to bring Simple Calculators only in the examination hall.
  • Candidates are required to produce valid photo identity proof in the examination hall.
  • Candidates in their own interest are advised to go through ECL’s website www.easterncoal.gov.in for latest information about the exam /corrigendum in this respect.
  • No Initial Scrutiny of Applications is done and the candidature of candidates called for written test is accepted provisionally. Document verification will be done only for the candidates who will qualify the written test. At any stage, if it is found that candidate has misinformed or made false claim in any way, it will lead to summarily rejection of the candidature.
